Previewing in Storyline not working.

Hello,

I am currently working on a training session in Storyline. I changed a few things this morning in the slides. Then, I worked on something else and when I came back to continue with my course, the preview function is not working anymore. I click on it but it is buffering and nothing changes. It is the same for all slides on this course (it works on another course).

I have saved the course, restarted the laptop and tried it again but still the same result. I have tried a different presentation and it works fine.

Any suggestions?

    do you still have a somewhat older backup?

    Update: do you have problems with "Publish to Web" or "Publish to Review 360" with this course?

    Did you try reverting some of the changes? Did you add something to a slide master? Something may have got corrupted, try reverting to a previous version or try a different course to see if it is your course or Storyline.
