Only two out of three identical hover states working

I am facing a problem with the hover states. The first two buttons are working, but the third isn't. I tried exchanging the pictures, reapplying the states and everything suggested in the forum. The...

As per my understanding 

  1. Picture Bild_3 might be corrupted, Don't replace the image delete the previous one and new images.
  2. Articulate doesn't support .svg format below are list of format you can use
    • BMP
    • EMF
    • GIF
    • GFA
    • JFIF
    • JPE
    • JPG
    • JPEG
    • PNG
    • TIF
    • TIFF
    • WMF
  3. You can use .svg file but sometimes it cause problem, If you publish the course for web even your shared file is working fine.
