Not getting my serial number

Hi,

I received my license version of articulate and have the license key. I have downloaded the storyline 3 app .I'm not able to activate the storyline app since I'm not getting the serial number. If I do go to new project, help, articulate flash slide, its shows me evaluation copy in the place whre there should be a serial number.

need help in activation please
