Not a Valid SCORM Package

I am unable to get a SCORM package to load into Canvas. I get an error that says  "This file is not a valid SCORM package." I have contacted Canvas support and sent them the file I was working with. I received the following message from Canvas Level 2 support today: "I tried to test uploading this in several SCORM players and all of them came back with the same message that it is not a valid format for a SCORM package. So it appears that Articulate Rise is not generating these properly." They encouraged me to reach out to you.

    Hi Amy!

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading SCORM content to your LMS!

    A helpful way to troubleshoot the issue is by testing the SCORM package with SCORM Cloud. If it uploads successfully to SCORM Cloud, I suggest checking out the Canvas Instructor Guide or reconnecting with their support team again.

    However, if the content also fails to load in SCORM Cloud, please connect with us through a support case so we can look into this further.
