No submit option for quiz questions!

Im currently running my free trial on SL 360 and am attempting to complete a full sample course.. 

but there is no option to submit for any of my quiz questions, nothing i can do changes this...

Doesnt matter what type of question it is, there is no submit button!

Even when I publish to review, there is no submit button.

Is this because im on months trial or something else perhaps?

I tried it with the player and the tick to submit was on the player and that seems to be the only way to do it! But I don't want the player involved!

I went into settings and the 'submit' button is checked, so it should be there..  This is the same on both my computers
