3 Ways to Submit Reach 360 Content for Publishing

When you first start using Reach 360, your Courses tab is empty. And we get it—figuring out where to begin with a content and learning management system that doesn't have any content can feel confusing!

So how does the Courses tab get populated with content for Reach 360 admins to publish to your library? First, Articulate 360 seatholders must create training in Rise 360 or Storyline 360 and then send it to Reach 360. Alternatively, if you have exported training created in a third-party tool, you can import that directly into Reach 360.

Want to bundle content to be taken together? Create learning paths—collections of courses and microlearning content—directly in Reach 360.

Let's take a look at how each is added to your library.

Rise 360

Creating and publishing Rise 360 training to populate your library is easy. Articulate 360 seatholders start with premade content or create their own courses and microlearning. When the training is ready, simply select Publish > Reach 360 from the toolbar. Once submitted, your Reach 360 admin can complete the publishing process—making it available in your Courses tab.

Storyline 360

Because Storyline 360 enables you to create highly customized, interactive training, Articulate 360 seatholders have a lot more options to consider when publishing training. But don't worry—we have a comprehensive guide to walk you through publishing your content to Reach 360. Once submitted, your Reach 360 admin can complete the publishing process—making it available in your Courses tab.

Third-Party Content

If you've already created content in third-party tools and want to add it to Reach 360, you can do that, too! Reach 360 supports content exported using SCORM 1.2 or any edition of SCORM 2004. Just have your .zip files handy, then dig into the Reach 360 user guide to learn more about managing and publishing third-party content. Once a Reach 360 admin imports your content, they can publish it to make it accessible from the Courses tab.
