New feature: add option to upload a mobile version of an SVG image in addition to the Desktop version

Hi Rebecca. Thanks for the feedback. While there isn't a way to display a certain version of an image depending on the learner's device, perhaps you can use an Image Carousel or a Tabs block and insert both versions of the images there. Depending on their device, the learner can then manually choose which image to view.
