MP4 Voice Recording
Does articulate take mp4? Most of my corporate recording software only offers Mp4 and none of them with go into Storyline. Will any update be sent out so we can?
.MP4 is supported, but it's a video format. So you will use the insert from video option in the insert tab.
If you're creating an audio file, then you want to use .MP3.
.mp4 is not a correct audio extention - rename the file from .mp4 to .m4a
now the audio will be imported and automatically converted to .mp3
