Missing Rise File
I have a Rise module that was created a few years ago. It is no longer in my library, but is in my Rise Review files. I checked the deleted Rise files, but it's also not in there. How can I get the file back? Why did it dissapear?
I also looked at this response: RISE Module disappeared - Rise 360 Discussions - E-Learning Heroes (articulate.com) --- a) I have the same email address b) same account - everything else I created at the same time is there c) it's not in my deleted files d) yes, it's the correct name of the course e) checked shared folders and sub-folders - not there
