Lost licence and need to edit Rise 360 module
I need to be able to edit an articulate rise 360 module that was shared with me as a manager but the owner has since lost their licence. Although I still have the link to view the module I can't edit. Any help?

The quickest way to gain access to the course is to add the original course author to a vacant seat if one is available. They can then send you a copy of the course or add you as a collaborator if you have access to a seat yourself. If adding them to a seat will be challenging, please ask the course owner to open a case with our support team here so we can explore other possible solutions.
