Links/File Attachments/ Buttons not working In Shared Link. . .

Hello, 

Although my links/files/buttons work fine within preview mode, when I Share the Preview Link - then copy and paste that link to share - the functionality of those links/files/buttons ceases.  In other words - its just static and goes nowhere, doesn't download files, etc. . . 

Any help is appreciated!  Thank you in advance!
