Issue with the note block

I would like to know is this the new format/look of the note block in Rise?
It looks a bit "off".

Our Note blocks look the same as always.
I will confirm that you are not crazy! It 100% was broken for a bit yesterday ... There was a style that was missing. Getting back in today, it appears resolved!
