Issue with Accessibility feature on Quiz Feedback Layers

Do you mind sharing which screen reader your colleague was using when they ran into this behavior? I tested this on my end using NVDA, with a sample question slide in Storyline.

After tabbing to/clicking the submit button, the feedback layer appeared. I then used the up and down arrow keys to announce the dictation. If your teammate is still experiencing issues after following those steps, do you mind sharing a copy of the .story file for a closer look?
