Is Rise currently down?

I keep getting a 400 error message when attempting to edit my Rise courses. 

It lets me login and takes me to my home screen but when I click on any course, I get an error message.

    Thanks for sharing your error code, a 400 Error is a general connection issue and can happen for numerous reasons. 

    Can you please try clearing your browsing data? Here are a couple of ways of doing that based on the browser you're using:
