Interactive video, time line buffer problem.
Hi Heimo and Michael!
Good news! We are no longer seeing this bug in the latest version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.72.29699.0) where video lags behind the slide timeline when you view your course in a slow internet connection.
To insure you don't continue to see this bug download the latest version of Storyline 360 via the Articulate 360 desktop app. Here's an article on how to do that.
Please let us know if you're still noticing the issue, and we'd love to continue troubleshooting with you in a support case.
Hello Heimo!
Thanks for checking back! That is right, this is something we are looking into.
For this scenario, we have discovered a workaround that is working for others.
Workaround: Publish slide to Video then replace the original slide contents with the published video and enable the video seek bar instead of the player seek bar.
Lastly, a bug in the software is not something we take lightly. To ensure we have the right fix, we have process in place to tackle bugs. You can peek at our process here. We'll report back in this discussion when we hear of further details!

Just wondering if this bug has been fixed? Would love to have a functional 'interactive video' in Storyline.

Here are two resources that cover creating interactive videos in Storyline:
