I have downloaded articulate-360.exe however when I click to install this (even if I run as administrator) nothing happens, I dont get any errors or warnings just nothing happens.
Using a 64 bit windows 10 laptop that is up to date.
Anyone else seen this isse?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting the Articulate 360 desktop apps installed!
I see that you've also opened a support case being handled by my colleagues Amlan, and Carlo. It looks like Carlo just replied to your e-mail sharing troubleshooting steps to try. I suggest giving those a shot to see if that does the trick!
I am facing the same issue, although the app installer seems to start but it take ages for the installation process to complete!

If you're already running the installer with admin rights, please open a case with our support team here so we can check what's preventing the installation process from completing.
Alternatively, you can download Storyline 360's installer file here to manually install the application.
