Inserted screen shots and videos from Camtasia are blurry

Hello, hoping that someone might be able to assist with this issue. When taking screen shots or video from Camtasia, it appears blurry in Storyline. The course we are creating is for software instruction, so the screen shots sometimes need to be sized down in order for it to fit onto the Storyline slide. Adjusting the size larger makes the images clear, but the size is entirely too large for the course. If anyone has any insights, I would be grateful. Thank you in advance.
