Import PowerPoint

Is anyone else not able to import from PowerPoint? I cannot even import the practice slides from articulate it always fails.

Hi,

I have the same issue with importing the PowerPoint. I read the article and did what I could. My Office 365 is reinstalled on Jun 15, 2020, and my PPT does not have a password. Still get the message " Failed to import PowerPoint".

Can anyone help?
