Import Close Caption File

I have a word document and would like to import it to a video for close caption. But does not have a file for word. It there an easy way to do this?

Closed-caption files are text files which are stored as .srt or .vtt. In addition to the text, a closed-caption file includes the "in" and "out" points (expressed in HH:MM:SS.ms) for each text block. There are several tools available to create .srt & .vtt files
