Illustration Issue
Has anyone seem this error before when attempting to use the Illustrations or Photo feature within the Insert tab in Storyline 360?
Is this an account access issue and a feature we do not have access to or is this an error that should be reported?
This is an issue on my work computer but not on my home computer. I think this is a restricted somehow from work.

Based on the error message, it looks like your network is blocking connections to Articulate's endpoints. To fix the issue, please ask your network admin to add all of the endpoints in this article to your organization's allowlist:
