If AI is turned off...

AI is not turned on for us (admin decision).  Would this cause issues during the free-trial time period?

    Hello Barbara,

    Thanks for reaching out! Turning off AI features should not cause issues during the free trial period. In this state, Articulate AI features remain visible in Rise 360 and Storyline 360 but aren't functional.
