I have a question about JAWS screen reader
I'm using the newest version of JAWS (2021.2107.12). I'm testing out my Storyline project and when I select the glossary, JAWS says to move between items with the arrow keys. Neither the arrow keys nor the tab key moves the selection along and none of my key terms are being said out loud. What can I do to fix this?
Hello Grace!
I'm happy to help test this on my end. Do you mind sharing which version of Storyline you are using? Also, are you using JAWS in Preview or the published version?

I'm using the most recent versions of Storyline 360 and JAWS.
I'm testing on published web - both Chrome and Firefox are reacting to my content very differently, but neither one's glossary is working.
Hi Grace!
Thank you so much for adding those details! I have tested this on my end, and I'm seeing the same issue where the description of the Glossary items isn't read of when using JAWS. However, it does read as expected when using NVDA. I've reported this to my team so we can look to see what is getting in the way. I'll update you when we have a fix.

Hi Lauren,
Could you please provide a link to a fully accessible Storyline example? One that works with screen readers, has accessible text, and closed captions all working as intended? Thanks!
Hi Grace!
I don't have a link to a fully accessible Storyline example.
