Hyperlink hover state

I have multiple hyperlinks running through a SL file a have created. The hyperlinks appear to sometimes have a hover state and other times not. I have also noticed that hover states may be just on part of the hyperlink. I have read your forum from 2021 which states there was a bug. 

Are you able to assist with this issue and confirm why this may still be the case? My SL is all up to date.
