How to add a link from a "labeled graphic card title" with a "heading/block" within the same "lesson" 

Hi Sabrina! You can use a button block to link to another lesson in your course, but there isn't an option in Rise to link to another block. We're tracking requests to have this option in Rise. I'll let you know here if we make changes that will help!
