How can I send a learner to a new scenario when all scenarios have been completed?

I have created a branching scenario that consist of 4 topics (scenes) with sales questions and customer responses. The learner can do the scenes in any order and upon completion, the "state" of the scenario turns to true and a green check mak is put over that option.

I have all 4 built, but am stumped at how to send the to a brand new scenario when all 4 scene "states" are set to true which means all of the 4 choices have green checkmarks.

The last scene to turn its "state" to true could vary by learner.
