Hey Tom, here is my Audio question
I managed to get the functionality I wanted, but because I couldn't rely on "reset to initial state," I had to engineer all of the action on the timeline.
For each layer:
1. I removed the audio and re-inserted it directly to the timeline, not tied to any object triggers, and placed it at 1 second on the timeline.
2. I added a slide trigger to pause the timeline at 0.5 seconds.
3. I attached two triggers to the "play audio" button - one to jump to 1 second on the timeline, and another to resume the timeline.
Thus, when a user opens a layer, they see the text and a play button. The play button resumes the timeline and the audio is heard. If they close the layer and come back to it, the timeline pauses at 0.5s. They click the button and the timeline resumes. Pretty simple, but the solution sure escaped me for a while...
