Help with Knowledge Check
I am trying to create a Knowledge Check which would require the participant to select the statements that are true. In the attached example, statements 1, 2, 3 & 5 are true, and statement 4 is false...

Thank you for sharing the .story file!
When working with a form-based quiz slide, there's no need to manually create triggers to show the Correct and Try Again layers, as they are created automatically for you. The same applies to built-in states (you don't have to add a trigger to change an object to selected).
I disabled all the triggers in your project, and I also grouped your buttons and statements so they work together (Clicking the button selects the text, for example), and everything seems to be working as expected.
