Graded hotspot query

Good afternoon all, I'm still a fairly inexperienced Articulate user and have a query in regards to hotpots and their uses in graded questions.

 

Basically, I want to create graded question where the user has to identify say 10/10 hotpots from a single image (or 360 image). The user submits when ready and Articulate then comes back with a score (9/10 or less = fail, 10/10 = pass) if passed the user then enters an email address to then enter into a competition to win blah blah.

 

Is this possible at all, or is there a better way to do the same thing? And what would be needed to connect the winners info to a third party for random selection? Could the third party simply host this on their website, or would they need an LMS connection or similar to gather the info?

 

Any help would be most appreciated, can't quite figure out the logistics of this at the mo.
