Freelance Instructional Design- LMS Question
So if they don't need to track it, just have an available web server to store it on, what does that look? Does that mean their own website? Thank you!
Yes, they can put the course on their own website.
Here's the info from the User Guide: https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-360/articles/storyline-360-publishing-a-course-for-web-distribution

Do you know how? Or can you direct me to where I can figure it out?

There are different ways to upload files to a web server. The method to use partly depends on who is in control of the site and what they allow.
If your client wants a course on their website, they should contact their IT folks.
If you want a course on your website, you should contact the company hosting it. (Or, if you don't have a website yet, be sure to investigate how uploads work when you're picking one.)
