Former License Holders Required to Log In to Leave Comments in Review 360
I have a few clients who previously held Articulate licenses, which are no longer in use. They are encountering an issue where Articulate requires them to sign in to leave comments in Review 360, despite the “Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment” setting being enabled for both projects. Since they no longer have licenses, they cannot sign in or leave comments.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Hello DaijaJohnson-69,
Happy to help!
Having subscriptions expire doesn't automatically delete Articulate IDs from our system. Users who previously created Articulate IDs to access Articulate 360 will most likely still have their email addresses associated with these IDs, which is why they are being asked to sign in before they can leave comments. You can ask them to reset their Articulate ID password to resolve the issue.
