Font changing when in preview/published

I have created a course and the font is changing any time I try to preview a slide or publish the file. The font is Interstate ExtraLight. I have tried:

I am having the same issues with displaying text in preview vs. on screen. I have enabled/disabled modern text and it's still not performing right.
