Facing freezing issue on random screens
We have created a storyline package having roughly 440 pages. These have branching scenarios and the modules are interlinked. We created XAPI package and uploaded on custom LMS. However, the end users are facing freezing issues on random screens. The screen type where it freezes are pages with Avatars, Memory book, text entry fields and MCQ. storyline package was developed in version 3.87.32265.0

Does it work when you publish it to Review360? Have you tried publishing it to ScormCloud to rule out an LMS issue?
440 slides is massive and if there are videos and audio in the course you may be running into issues in your LMS.

It is xAPI package and the package size is only 43 MB.
This package is uploaded on LMS platform called Achieve.
There is no audio file in the package and has only one video having size of 1 MB.
The course gets stuck at the random screens, there is no fixed pattern for that.
Kindly let us know if any other details are needed to debug the issue.
Looking forward to your response.

Have you tested it out on SCORM Cloud? https://rusticisoftware.com/products/scorm-cloud/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=natural_search SCORM Cloud is the industry standard for SCORM and xAPI. You can test your course on SCORM Cloud for free and that way you can check that the problem is actually with your course and not your LMS.
Your other option would be to contact Articulate Support and submit a case with them. https://access.articulate.com/support/contact

It has passed in the SCORM Cloud test. However, when there is internet fluctuation, the course freezes after 1 or 2 screens.
Hi Jignesh,
I'm glad to see Cary was able to assist you so far. It sounds like the course worked as expected in SCORM Cloud. This leads time to believe the issue is related to the internet connection or LMS. Here are a few tips for designing courses for learners with slow internet that may be helpful.
I suggest testing your course again where you have a strong internet connection. If you do, and the issue persists, you may want to reach out to your LMS administrator directly for further assistance. If you have any questions, please let us know!
