Facing error while importing Excel question bank on Articulate StoryLine

the import crashed while creating a button
at T Articulate.Design.ShapeFactory.Create<T>(Action<T> initializeAction)
at IShape Articulate.Design.Shapes.Simple.Buttons.ButtonPlaceholder.Articulate.Design.Shapes.IPlaceholder.CreateShape(ISlideBase slide)
the message is unfortunately not very helpful - I hope the articulate will find the problem
