Engage Interactions Missing from Storyline Ouput.

Good afternoon,

I'm having an issue where when I publish a course that has four imported Engage Interactions within the course. I've confirmed that these Engage interactions work outside of the course and actually were working previously, but when I go to publish them now they're not working.

I keep getting a message stating that the items have been moved and there appears to be nothing in the output for them. I'm at a loss as to why this is happening and before anyone asks, I can not share the working file due to confidentiality.

You can see here that the output is different and the engage interaction seems to be missing. All of the folders in the new version are empty.

    I did a quick test to observe the behavior and I can see that interaction files are generated for properly added Engage 360 interactions in a Storyline 360 course. 

    As a troubleshooting step, try deleting the Engage 360 slides in your Storyline 360 course and adding them again before republishing to see if this fixes the issue. If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer who can take a closer look at what's happening.
