Embedding a website in a course that users can interact with

Hi Everyone, 

I am attempting to embed a website into my articulate course. I want users to be able to scroll through it and interact with it right in the LMS and not be directed to the website in another tab. It is working in storyline, but when I export to Rise and into my LMS it does not function. Any ideas why?
