Download Storyline 360 - not option for this

Hello,

I am planning to start with a trial version of Storyline 360. But whenever i clicked on the start the trial button, i am always directed to the page attached, saying Welcome to Articulate 360. However, i don't see any way for me to download anything. 

maybe it is my computer? also im currently using SL3 now.

  • Hi Zoe, 

    Please try this:

    1. Go to https://360.articulate.com/

    2. Sign-in using your registered account

    3.  Click Download Apps

    4. Start Download

    5. An executable file will be downloaded under your Downloads folder. Run it and will go through with the installation.

      Hi, 

      Thank you for your reply! However, I dont see that pop up to imply that i can download the app. i can only see the four tiles: RS, RV, CL and LV. nothing else for me. :(

    When you click on the blue "Start Trial" button in the top right corner of your image, you're brought back to this welcome page? It doesn't appear that you're logged in with your Articulate ID which you'll need to start the trial. What browser are you trying this in? I'd recommend using the latest version of either Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.

    Hello,

    The same is with me. First licence is out of date. Pay for prolong it, got new laptop and cant download desktop app. All the time forwarded to start page and free trial appiers on right upper corner besides my name. After pressing start free trial again forwarded to welcome to Articulate 360. No option to download app.

  • Hi Agnis,

    It looks like you still need to assign yourself to a Team seat - that will allow you to download and access the apps on your new computer.

    Here's how to assign the seat once you log in with your Articulate ID by visiting 360.articulate.com.

    I'm having similar issue and don't see the download button. I'm added as a team Seat and shows as verified.

    Nevermind we figured it out. The user needs to login to Articulate in order to get the Download App button.

    Yes, all your Team members will need to be assigned a seat and log in with that account to access the Download Apps button. 

    If you have any other questions, or are running into trouble with users who are assigned a seat yet don't see that button, please let us know! Our Support Team is happy to help!

    I'm having the same issue too! I understand the ID, but please provide a how-to video because this is very difficult to randomly look for as a user. I want to use the application while I have time, not spend all day hunting for it.
