Download a Rise block to Storyline

I built a block in Storyline 360, published it to Rise 360 and then accidently deleted it from Storyline.

Can I export/import from Rise to Storyline?  

I'm a newbie and the block took me ages to build, but has a couple of typos - I'm really hoping I don't have to start again!
