Double green tick mark on MC questions
Hi everyone, I have a problem with quizzes in Storyline 3 that have been entrusted to me recently. Someone else created them with Articulate Quizmaker , as far as I know and unfortunately, I don't have that software available anymore. Having said that.... The problem I can’t solve is that during the quiz review two partially overlapping green tick marks appear, and I’m going crazy to figure out what could be the cause.
The only solution for now is to create them from scratch with a copy/paste that takes forever, but I’m curious if there is a solution. The only thing I was able to know from a colleague is that they deleted the "submit" button because they preferred to put a more customized one. And another thing I noticed is that in the trigger window there is no "submit interaction", yet the quiz works the same.
I tried to put back a trigger "submit interaction", but nothing changed.
And another interesting thing... it only happens with MC questions, not with other kinds of questions...

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
We're not seeing this issue being reported by our other Storyline 3 users, so the issue might be specific to your project file. I understand that you can't share your project file here so I opened a support case on your behalf to get you in touch with our support team. You'll be able to share a copy of your project file in private there so we can do some tests to see what's causing the double check marks to appear on your project.
