Docebo won't trigger completion of Rise SCORM file
Hi All - I'm very stuck trying to get my LMS, Docebo, to trigger completion (or even save the place) for someone completing a Rise file. When they complete the training, it isn't logging the comp...
I appreciate it. I've already done my due diligence on this end and it has been determined that the issue lies on Docebo's side. I re-opened the case with them a few months ago and that ticket is still open and being investigated.
AngelaSykes-897please update us when (if) the issue with Docebo is resolved. We're having the same problem, unfortunately, and have made many changes on our end to try to get it working with no luck. I've had the same experience as you with Docebo support so I'm sending you lots of positive vibes!
