Hi Alba! Sorry to hear that you're having issues deleting a folder in Rise.
I would like you to try the following steps to see if we can fix the issue:
1. Clear your browser's cache and close all instances of your browser
2. Relaunch Rise 360 again and try deleting the empty folder
3. Use a different supported browser to access Rise and delete the folderIf available, try using another machine or device to further isolate the issue.
