Delayed video
I have three files that each contain a handful of videos. When I click play in my LMS, there is a short delay before the video runs, or it starts, then almost immediately pauses for a few seconds. This does not happen when previewing in Articulate. Any idea why this may occur?

I noticed that you've opened a support case and connected with my teammate, Ian. I was glad to see Ian's feedback helped fix this behavior! For anyone else discovering this thread with a similar issue:
"This is most likely an issue with video encoding. I used Handbrake to re-encode the video with web-optimization and replaced your videos on 1.5 and 2.8.
