Custom Color for text

I'm required to use a custom color "red" for all text to match our corporate colors. I have to go and change the red to a custom color on each and every text entry when I use a red font color.  Is there a way to add that to my color chart so I can simply click on that customized color when I need to highlight text just as I do any other regular color available?
