Courses Disappeared from colleague's profile
Is anyone else experiencing missing Rise courses from their account? How do we resolve this issue?
Hi Stephen! So sorry to hear that your colleague's courses are missing. Can you ask your colleague to check the deleted folder as it might have been accidentally deleted? When was the last time the missing course(s) were accessed? Do you happen to have a share link so we can check if it is still viewable?
