Can I have employees enter their personal ID in a quiz question or knowledge check?

Hello,
I am trying to create a course where my employees are tasked with creating an account from an outside website, and then entering the ID that is generated for them into a course quiz question or knowledge check. Is this possible in Rise 360?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
