Can I change a thumbnail on a video?

A thumbnail feature needs to be added please. We get good workflow features in other aspects of Rise and then the lack of video thumbnail/poster functionality negates some of them.

Hi there - I have a video in Replay 360, with an image at the start, and when publishing to MP4 it still randomly selects a part of the video like 5 mins in as the thumbnail... any ideas?

Hi Maribeth! That sounds like something we'll want to take a closer look at. Please send us a copy of your Replay 360 file by opening a case, and we'll let you know what we find!
