Can I change a thumbnail on a video?
Right now it is showing a black screen, is there a way to add a thumbnail image from my video as the cover instead of a black screen?
+1 for the option to add a thumbnail image to videos in Rise360
Probably won't make a difference seeing as the staff have stopped replying to this post over a year ago but if there are people literally asking for this for years then maybe it should be considered? If a hack or workaround is required then it's obviously not the right UX for the learners.

Any movement on this? It should be an easy feature to incorporate. This thread is 4 years old, why has it not been addressed?
It's now almost 4 years later and this issue has not been fixed yet. Is there any plan on Articulate's end to implement the ability to change video thumbnails?
I'm receiving tickets from users claiming that videos are not loading because it only appears as a black screen.Plus one for the Rise thumbnail feature please!
