Can I change a thumbnail on a video?
Right now it is showing a black screen, is there a way to add a thumbnail image from my video as the cover instead of a black screen?
It's now almost 4 years later and this issue has not been fixed yet. Is there any plan on Articulate's end to implement the ability to change video thumbnails?
I'm receiving tickets from users claiming that videos are not loading because it only appears as a black screen.
