Can I change a thumbnail on a video?
Right now it is showing a black screen, is there a way to add a thumbnail image from my video as the cover instead of a black screen?
+1 for the feature request, it would be a great experience enhancement and time saver!
+1 Would have much preferred this option to Themes, or redesigning the homepage. Please give us these very basic features!!

To use the first frame is very limiting, as the first frame is never relevant content.The solution of adding a frame to the start of every video is very cumbersome.
Seems pretty ridiculous that after three years we still don't have this basic functionality. That said, Brenda... that's a good solution. I do something very similar using Wondershare Filmora (video editing software). I just add an image to the front of my video, set it to one second, and then export. It's not really a big deal to do when it's just one here and there. However, I've had projects before where I had 15-20 videos and that's where it gets tedious.
throwing my name in the mix too! I can do this elsewhere thankfully, but it's just an annoyance when it could be easily done in Rise.
I also believe this feature should be added to Rise360. We run courses with mainly short video content and the workarounds for this, while not cumbersome, take time!
+1 for this. At the same time I offer an apology to all the people who now gets an unnecessary mail since there isn't any better idea portal here than leaving a comment.
