Built-in Hover Bug?
Hi, unsure where to write this, and since it could just be an user error, I thought I'd share it in here...
I was trying to create a hover function in my costumed buttons (consisting of a picture from the library, shaped-changed into round corners, and with an added shadow and a very thin border line) when first, I noticed that the state, copied from Normal, would not take the round corners, so I changed the shape within the state resulting in the function loss.
Although on a very tight schedule atm, I ran some tests to see if it was me, and even tested the costumisation on three different pictures to see at what point the hover would get lost...
Long story short, it seems as if it is the shape change what disagrees with the hover state.
Ended up having to add a shape on top of my button, that would go transparent on hover and have a 55% on its Normal state. The shape also links to the next slide, as the button would have done.
Weird huh?
Has anyone experienced something similar or has more time than I to test if it's a bug?
Alternatively, is there any email where to report this kind of stuff?
Thank you!
Hello Norka,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
We are currently tracking a known bug where states aren't changing shape when adjusting the corner radius of rounded rectangles. This bug causes corners to not display as they should, and it looks like the behavior is similar to the one that you reported.
I'd like to run some tests to verify if you are being affected by the bug. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
