Blurry print screen in Storyline
I'm building an interactieve training where I make sure of print screen. The pictures are blurry when I upload them to Storyline. I have saved the print screen as .png and .pfd but still bad quality. I also tryes to publish to Rise and still not good. I do get it sharp if I make a video and upload that ons.
Is there any method to get the print screen sharp?

One possible reason for the blurry images is a mismatch between the resolution of the image that you're uploading and the slide size of your Storyline 360 project file. You can check out this article for tips on how to maintain the quality of media files that you upload to a project:
Please check if the size of your image matches the size of your slide to confirm if this is the cause of the blurriness. If it is not, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
